Att.net.email.news.sports.entertainment and games mozilla firefox

Have recently installed Firefox. I can't play games. On att.net it says a plugin is necessary. Mozilla support says the solution is to install Adobe Flash Player. I did this even though my computer already had the latest version. But Firefox doesn't show that Adobe Flash Player has been added to the plugins in the Add-ons Manager. What's the fix?

Also tried going back to att.net and changing the password back to the original without success. When I contacted ATT they seemed to indicate that the server settings were correct.
